A PwC and Observer Research Foundation report projects that artificial intelligence (AI) could add between USD 135.6 billion and USD 149.9 billion to the manufacturing MSMEs' value creation by 2035, assuming MSMEs contribute 50% to India's manufacturing gross value added. The report highlights AI's role in enhancing productivity, quality, and global integration for MSMEs, alongside potential growth opportunities up to USD 3.2 trillion by 2047 if manufacturing's GDP share rises to 25%. It also notes significant demand for MSME-supplied non-technical products in AI infrastructure development.
