Realty firm DLF reported property sales worth Rs 5,250 crore to non-resident Indians (NRIs) from April to December 2025, accounting for 32.5% of its total sales bookings of Rs 16,176 crore in this period. NRI contributions have risen from about 5% three years ago to around 30% this year, driven by DLF's brand value, service standards, and capital appreciation. The company’s hospitality and rental management services have also supported this demand growth. Previously, NRIs contributed 16-23% to DLF's sales in recent fiscal years.
