
DLF Ltd reported total sales bookings of Rs 16,176 crore from April to December 2025-26, with non-resident Indians (NRIs) contributing Rs 5,247 crore, or 32.5% of total sales. This marks a significant rise from around 5% three years ago. DLF attributes this growth to its brand value, service standards, and stable capital appreciation. NRIs focus on quality and long-term value, particularly in luxury markets like Gurugram, Mumbai, and Chandigarh. In FY25, NRIs accounted for 16% of DLF's Rs 21,223 crore sales.
