State Ksheera Sangamam and Dairy Expo to Showcase Kerala's Growing Milk Production

The State Ksheera Sangamam and Kerala Dairy Expo will be held from January 18 to 21 in Kollam, featuring over 100 stalls showcasing dairy innovations and technologies. The event includes award presentations such as the Dr. Verghese Kurien Award and Dairy Sahakari Awards. Animal Husbandry Minister J. Chinchurani highlighted a 10 lakh litre increase in Kerala's milk production and announced a survey to accurately measure dairy output. Various seminars and workshops on dairy management and entrepreneurship are also planned.
