
Kathryn McLay, CEO of Walmart's International business since 2023, will step down on January 31 but remain with the company through the first quarter to support a smooth transition. McLay, who has been with Walmart for about a decade and previously led Sam's Club US, departs shortly after CEO Doug McMillon's announced retirement. Walmart plans to name her successor soon as it continues focusing on growth in key international markets like China, India, and Mexico.
