Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Reports Record 2025 Sales, Crosses Two Million Vehicles Made Locally

Skoda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL) achieved record domestic sales of 117,000 units in 2025, marking a 36% year-on-year increase, with total sales including exports reaching 159,500 units. The group surpassed 2 million vehicles produced in India, driven by the India-engineered MQB-A0-IN platform. Skoda led growth with a 107% rise, supported by models like the Kylaq SUV and Octavia RS, while Volkswagen maintained leadership in the premium sedan segment. The company expanded its network and plans multiple launches in 2026.
