Charles Schwab Leases 3.45 Lakh Sq Ft Office Space in Hyderabad for Global Capability Centre

US-based financial services firm Charles Schwab has leased approximately 345,426 sq ft of office space across five floors in Phoenix Equinox Tower 2, Hyderabad's Gachibowli IT hub, for its new global capability centre. The five-year lease, starting October 2025, includes a monthly rent of about Rs 3.73 crore with a 5% annual escalation and a security deposit of Rs 25.28 crore. The centre aims to support IT, analytics, and digital operations, potentially creating 3,000 jobs over two years.
