Bobby Deol and Wife Acquire Five Office Units in Mumbai's Andheri West for Rs 15 Crore

Bollywood actor Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol, through their company Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, have purchased five commercial office units totaling over 3,400 sq ft in Mumbai's Andheri West for approximately Rs 15.05 crore. The units, located on the second floor of Yura Business Park - Phase 2, were acquired directly from the developer, with possession expected by December 2027. The building also houses about ten office units owned by Hrithik Roshan and his family on higher floors. The purchase includes five car parking spaces and involved stamp duty and registration fees totaling over Rs 91 lakh.
