IndiGo is fully cooperating with a regulator's committee following significant operational disruptions earlier this month, which led to widespread flight cancellations and stranded passengers. The airline cited poor pilot roster planning and preparation for new safety regulations as causes for the cancellations from December 3-5. IndiGo has apologized for the impact on customers, stated it has restored normal operations, and is strengthening its processes. The Competition Commission of India is also reviewing complaints related to these disruptions.
