
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) confirmed that IndiGo has fully processed refunds for all flight cancellations between December 3-5, 2025. Passengers affected by cancellations or delays over three hours during this period are eligible for compensation under DGCA rules and can claim additional compensation if cancellations occurred within 24 hours of departure. IndiGo has also introduced a 'Gesture of Care' offering two travel vouchers worth Rs 10,000 total, valid for 12 months, to support affected travelers.
