
Nebius, a Dutch cloud provider, has signed a five-year agreement with Meta worth up to $27 billion to supply AI computing capacity. The deal includes $12 billion in dedicated infrastructure featuring Nvidia's Vera Rubin AI chips, with Meta also committing to purchase up to $15 billion of additional capacity if unsold to others. Nebius, noted for rapid stock growth since its 2024 listing, aims to expand its AI cloud business through this partnership.
