IndiGo Plans 10 Special Relief Flights from Jeddah to India Amid Middle East Tensions

Amid escalating tensions and airspace closures in the Middle East following recent conflicts, IndiGo plans to operate 10 special relief flights from Jeddah to four Indian cities—Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad—on March 3, 2026, subject to necessary approvals and airspace conditions. The Ministry of Civil Aviation is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with Indian missions and airlines to facilitate the safe return of stranded passengers. Other carriers like Air India Express and Etihad Airways have also resumed limited operations to assist affected travelers.
