Apsis Aerocom IPO Subscribed Over 120 Times, Raises Rs 35.77 Crore for Expansion

Apsis Aerocom Limited, established in 2022 and operating in precision engineering for aerospace, defence, and healthcare sectors, completed its IPO with a strong response, subscribing over 120 times despite recent market declines. The company raised Rs 35.77 crore, allocating Rs 27.02 crore for new machinery at its Bangalore manufacturing facility equipped with CNC machines. IPO allotment will be finalized by March 16, with trading on NSE Emerge starting March 18.
