Maruti Suzuki India achieved a record annual production of 22.55 lakh vehicles in calendar year 2025, marking the second consecutive year exceeding 20 lakh units. This output, encompassing domestic sales, exports, and OEM supplies, was attributed by MD & CEO Hisashi Takeuchi to employee dedication, supplier synergy, and high localization. The top five models produced were Fronx, Baleno, Swift, Dzire, and Ertiga. The company aims to expand manufacturing capacity to four million units annually.
