Indbank Merchant Banking, Indian Overseas Bank Report Profit Growth in December 2025 Quarter

In the quarter ended December 2025, Indbank Merchant Banking Services reported a 64.10% rise in standalone net profit to Rs 1.92 crore with sales increasing 11.01% to Rs 6.25 crore. Indian Overseas Bank's consolidated net profit rose 63.05% to Rs 1,427.16 crore, alongside a 14.85% increase in total operating income to Rs 8,172.39 crore. Ind Bank Housing reported a marginal net profit of Rs 0.06 crore, recovering from a net loss in the previous quarter, with no sales reported in both periods.
