Revenue rose 8.9% to Rs 45,479 crore, driven by strong demand in financial services, energy, and AI projects. The company raised its FY26 revenue growth guidance to 3-3.5% in constant currency, maintaining operating margin guidance at 20-22%. Attrition fell to 12.3%, with headcount increasing by over 5,000 employees.
