Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with BSE SME for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company plans to issue up to 62,00,000 equity shares to fund capital expenditure for a Lucknow Snow Park, upgrade its existing theme park, repay borrowings, and for general corporate purposes. For FY25, Silverstorm reported revenue of ₹310.01 crore, EBITDA of ₹165.59 crore, and profit after tax of ₹97.11 crore.
