Four companies, Knack Packaging, Shivalaya Construction, Varmora Granito, and Behari Lal Engineering, have received SEBI's approval for their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), aiming to raise over Rs 1,400 crore combined. Knack Packaging plans to use funds for a new manufacturing facility, Shivalaya Construction for debt repayment, and Varmora Granito also for repaying borrowings. Infifresh Foods, however, withdrew its IPO prospectus.
