AI Adoption Outpaces Training as Professionals Anticipate Role Changes; EXL Plans New Centres

A report by Genius HRTech and Digipoll reveals that AI adoption in workplaces is advancing faster than corporate training, with 71% of professionals expecting significant role changes in the next 2-3 years. The survey of 1,704 professionals found 61% lacked adequate AI usage guidance, while 67% have begun using AI tools. Meanwhile, Exlservice Holdings plans to open two new centres in tier-2 and tier-3 Indian cities to leverage AI-driven growth and infrastructure advantages.
