Embassy Developments to Invest Up to Rs 7,000 Crore in Mumbai Residential Projects

Embassy Developments plans to invest between Rs 4,500 crore and Rs 7,000 crore in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, launching three luxury residential projects in Worli, Juhu, and Alibaug starting Q4 FY26. The projects, including the ultra-luxury Embassy Citadel in Worli, aim for a combined gross development value exceeding Rs 12,000 crore and cover about 1.58 million sq ft of RERA carpet area. The company will also invest in completing three ongoing projects in the region, targeting strong consumer demand and expanding its presence in Mumbai's luxury housing market.
