State-owned NMDC reported a significant increase in its December performance, with iron ore production rising by approximately 15% year-on-year to 5.40 million tonnes. Sales also saw a substantial jump of nearly 19%, reaching 6.64 million tonnes. For the nine-month period ending December, cumulative production increased to 36.89 million tonnes, and sales reached 34.92 million tonnes, indicating strong operational growth for India's largest iron ore producer.
