Adani Green Energy has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Five Ltd (AE5L), incorporated on January 1, 2026. This step-down subsidiary, registered in Ahmedabad, will focus on generating electricity from renewable sources such as solar and wind energy. AE5L is yet to commence operations and has an authorized and paid-up share capital of Rs 1 lakh.
