DB Corp Ltd reported a 19.2% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 95.5 crore for the quarter ended December 2025, down from Rs 118.21 crore the previous year. Revenue fell 5.8% to Rs 605.27 crore, affected by lower advertising and circulation income, and higher expenses. The company attributed the decline to a high base effect from last year's festive season and election-related advertising. Managing Director Sudhir Agarwal noted stable performance despite these challenges and expressed optimism about India's consumption outlook.
