Adani Realty has secured the rights to develop a 22-acre plot in Bandra Reclamation, currently housing the MSRDC head office, after offering a 22.79% revenue share. MSRDC will temporarily relocate its head office to Dadar for approximately five years while Adani Realty develops the land, estimated to be worth ₹30,000 crore. The plot is designated for mixed residential and commercial use, with MSRDC anticipating generating at least ₹8,000 crore from the project to fund infrastructure development across Maharashtra.
