Jeetendra and Tusshar Kapoor Sell Mumbai IT Park Property to NTT for Rs 559 Crore

Veteran actor Jeetendra and his son Tusshar Kapoor sold a commercial property in Mumbai's Balaji IT Park to Japan's NTT Global Data Centres for approximately Rs 559 crore. The transaction, registered on January 9, 2026, includes a ground plus ten-storey building housing a data centre and an adjacent four-storey diesel generator structure. The sale, involving over 30,000 square meters of space, is exempt from stamp duty under a 2024 government resolution, with a metro cess of Rs 5.59 lakh paid. A separate Rs 855 crore deal at the same park was registered in May 2025.
