Speaking at the College of Supervisors' global conference, he emphasized the need for balanced, agile regulatory approaches that ensure timely risk detection and coherent frameworks across sectors. Murmu noted that while digital tools complicate regulation, they also offer opportunities to improve risk management and called for proactive, principle-based interventions to maintain financial stability.
