Waaree Energies CEO Amit Paithankar has resigned to pursue external opportunities, with his departure effective May 15, 2026. The company has appointed Jignesh Rathod as CEO-designate, effective December 29, 2025, to oversee operations until Paithankar's exit. Rathod, with over 18 years of experience and a long tenure at Waaree Energies, is recognized for his contributions to manufacturing, operational efficiency, and strategic vision. Waaree Energies is a Mumbai-based renewable energy solutions provider.
