Sterling Wilson Renewable Energy reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 2.77 crore in the December 2025 quarter, reversing from a net profit of Rs 14.83 crore in the same period the previous year. Despite a 13.88% rise in revenue to Rs 2,092.21 crore, the company faced a significant exceptional charge of Rs 30.84 crore related to a legal dispute involving a subsidiary's subcontractor contract. The board also approved the appointment of Rajesh Mittal as Senior Vice President - IT, effective January 20, 2026.
