Mahindra Holidays Signs 110-Key Resort in Dapoli, Maharashtra as Part of Expansion Plan

Mahindra Holidays Resorts India (MHRIL) has signed a new 110-key resort in Dapoli near Murud Beach, Maharashtra, as part of its FY26-FY30 expansion plan targeting over 10,000 keys under Club Mahindra and a total portfolio of 12,000 keys. The resort, spread over 13 acres, will open in two phases: 52 keys in Q1 FY27 and the remainder in Q2 FY27. This development strengthens MHRIL's presence along Maharashtra's western coastline and aligns with its goal to grow in high-demand coastal markets.
