Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has announced a reduction of Rs 0.70 per standard cubic meter (scm) in domestic Piped Natural Gas (PNG) prices for Delhi and NCR consumers, effective January 1. The new rates are Rs 47.89/scm in Delhi, Rs 46.70/scm in Gurugram, and Rs 47.76/scm in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. This price cut follows the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board's (PNGRB) overhaul of pipeline tariffs, aiming to make natural gas transportation more cost-effective.
