Titan Company Limited has appointed Sandhya Venugopal Sharma as its new chairperson and additional director, effective January 4. Sharma, an IAS officer from the Tamil Nadu cadre, will replace Arun Roy, who remains on the board. Sharma's extensive administrative experience spans finance, education, and space administration, including roles with TIDCO, the Department of Space, and the Government of Karnataka.
