India's electronics exports worth $4.5 billion to the Gulf region face risks due to the ongoing Iran-Israel conflict. The UAE, the second-largest buyer of Indian electronics with $4.1 billion in exports during April-December FY26, is directly affected by the conflict, including missile attacks on infrastructure. Shipments to the UAE and Israel often transit Iranian airspace or nearby waters, which are currently restricted. Saudi Arabia is also a significant market, with $387 million in exports during the same period. Officials are monitoring the situation amid rising sea freight costs.
