ABB India Transfers Robotics Business to ABB Robotics India for Rs 1,568 Crore

ABB India has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with ABB Robotics India Private Limited to transfer its robotics business on a slump sale basis for Rs 1,568.20 crore. The transfer, effective from March 1, 2026, follows approvals from the board and public shareholders. Payment and completion of the transaction are expected as per earlier disclosures, with the company updating stock exchanges on the agreement details.
