
Mumbai-based edtech firm Imarticus Learning plans a Rs 1,000 crore initial public offering (IPO) in fiscal year 2027. The company aims to expand its career programs and partnerships in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Having raised $11.7 million from investors, it intends to file its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI in Q3 FY27. Imarticus also plans to grow its physical presence, strengthen global collaborations, and enhance learner outcomes through AI-enabled platforms and industry-led education models.
