The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved Ambuja Housing and Urban Infrastructure Company Ltd (AHUICL), a subsidiary of Ambuja Neotia Group, to take over and complete the stalled Usshar residential project in Kolkata. This NCLT decision allows AHUICL to acquire the 9.4-acre parcel for Rs 34 crore, aiming to resolve the debt-ridden Riverbank Developers Private Ltd's project. Ambuja Neotia Group Chairman Harshavardhan Neotia expressed commitment to transparency and completing the project for homebuyers.
