
Karnataka plans to launch Kaveri 3.0, a Rs 65-crore AI-enabled platform, to enable paperless, remote property registration and streamline developer handovers. The upgrade integrates multiple functions into a single digital workflow, enhancing transparency and reducing procedural delays. Alongside, the Bhoomi portal will be upgraded to Bhoomi 8.0, linking over 10 departments, and the Land-Stack scheme will integrate various land-related databases on a GIS platform. E-KYC and face recognition will be mandated for 43 Revenue Department services to improve accuracy and transparency.
