IndiGo will increase cockpit crew allowances for captains and first officers starting January 1, 2026. The airline announced revised rates for domestic layovers, with captains' allowances rising from ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 for layovers between 10:01 and 24 hours, and first officers' from ₹1,000 to ₹1,500. Hourly rates beyond 24 hours and other allowances like deadhead and night allowances have also been increased.
