Stylam Industries promoters have sold a 40% stake to Japan's AICA Kogyo for Rs 1,525 crore. This transaction involves AICA Kogyo acquiring shares from various promoters at Rs 2,250 per share. Following the deal, AICA Kogyo will nominate a majority of board members and launch an open offer to public shareholders. The announcement led to a slight decline in Stylam Industries' share price.
