
Central Bank of India reported a 31-32% year-on-year rise in net profit to around Rs 1,263 crore for Q3 FY26, supported by a 12-13% increase in total income to approximately Rs 10,969 crore. The bank's gross non-performing assets declined to about 2.7%, with net NPAs easing to 0.45%. Net interest income slightly decreased, while operating profit improved. Capital adequacy ratio stood near 16.13%, and the bank declared a third interim dividend of Rs 0.20 per share.
