ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund Suspends New Investments in Three Overseas Schemes from March 2

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund will halt fresh subscriptions in three of its international schemes—the US Bluechip Equity Fund, Nasdaq 100 Index Fund, and Strategic Metal and Energy Equity Fund—starting March 2, 2026. This suspension follows the full utilization of the Reserve Bank of India's overseas investment limits. While new lump sum and systematic investments are paused, existing systematic transactions and redemptions will continue. The fund house may resume subscriptions if limits are increased or clarified by regulators.
