This growth was driven by a nearly 94% rise in sales to approximately Rs 199.6 crore. The company’s board approved the appointment of Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as CEO and Additional Director, replacing Amit Ashok Paithankar. Additionally, the board proposed relocating the registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra, pending approvals.
