Indosolar Reports Over Fourfold Net Profit Increase in December 2025 Quarter

Indosolar Ltd reported a significant increase in its standalone net profit to Rs 41.47 crore in the December 2025 quarter, up over four times from Rs 10.24 crore in the same period the previous year. This growth was driven by a nearly 94% rise in sales to approximately Rs 199.6 crore. The company’s board approved the appointment of Jignesh Devchandbhai Rathod as CEO and Additional Director, replacing Amit Ashok Paithankar. Additionally, the board proposed relocating the registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra, pending approvals.
