Ajmera Realty Reports Record Sales and Collections Driven by Vikhroli Project Launch

Ajmera Realty reported a significant increase in sales and collections for the third quarter of FY26, with sales reaching Rs 603 crore, a 123 percent year-on-year rise. For the first nine months of FY26, total sales hit a record Rs 1,431 crore, up 72 percent. This growth was primarily driven by the successful launch of its Ajmera Solis project in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The company is on track to exceed its full-year sales target and plans to accelerate new project launches and debt reduction.
