South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang has announced a compensation package of 1.69 trillion won (approximately $1.18 billion) for users affected by a massive data leak. Each of the 33.7 million affected account holders will receive 50,000 won in vouchers for Coupang's services. This announcement follows an apology from Coupang founder Kim Bom, though he has declined to attend upcoming parliamentary hearings.
