ReNew Green Secures $95 Million Funding Led by LeapFrog to Expand Renewable Energy

ReNew Green Energy Solutions, the commercial and industrial arm of ReNew Energy Global, secured $95 million (around ₹878 crore) in equity funding led by LeapFrog Investments, which committed $50 million. Co-investors include Emerging Market Climate Action Fund and Carlyle AlpInvest. ReNew Green manages one of India's largest clean energy portfolios with 2.5 GW capacity, serving clients like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. The funding aims to expand renewable power supply, supporting India's decarbonization and industrial growth with cost-competitive, reliable clean energy solutions.
