New York jeweler Maksud Agadjani of TraxNYC publicly accused AKAY Diamonds of scamming customers and falsely using his brand name. Agadjani posted videos of a confrontation where he alleged AKAY Diamonds sold substandard jewelry, including a bracelet misrepresented as 14-karat gold but found to be 10-karat. He claimed this was a repeated offense. Agadjani stated he resolved the issue for his customer by securing a refund and additional compensation.
