Danube Properties Launches Shah Rukh Khan-Branded Luxury Residences in Dubai
Danube Properties has launched 'Shahrukhz Residences by Danube,' a luxury waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, with apartments starting at AED 1.65 million. Named after Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, the project features penthouses designed by interior designer Gauri Khan and offers over 40 amenities, including wellness and recreational facilities. This follows the commercial tower 'Shahrukhz by Danube,' which sold out quickly. The developer aims to attract high-net-worth investors, particularly from the NCR region, with flexible payment plans and a premium lifestyle experience.
