
The Uttar Pradesh government aims to train one million youth in artificial intelligence and digital technologies through the AI Pragya Program and Start-up Policy to boost employment and entrepreneurship. The state supports around 400 active Software Technology Parks and plans over 100 start-up incubators, partnering with companies like Microsoft and Google for skill development. Expansion in electronics and mobile manufacturing, with a 65% national share, is strengthening MSMEs and the local economy. AI labs are being set up in 49 ITIs to provide practical training aligned with industry needs.
