The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has approved eight initial public offerings (IPOs), including confidential filings by Indira IVF and Rays of Belief. Other companies receiving Sebi's observations include Chartered Speed, Glass Wall Systems India, Shriram Food Industry, RKCPL, Tempsens Instruments, and Jerai Fitness. Indira IVF refiled its draft prospectus in July 2025 after a previous withdrawal. Confidential filings allow companies to keep offer documents private until after Sebi's observations.
