The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has reported significant reforms in 2025 aimed at simplifying compliance and enhancing ease of doing business. Key initiatives include increasing the threshold for small companies, streamlining the closure process for government companies, and launching an integrated portal for faster investor claim settlements. The ministry also highlighted progress in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and the PM Internship Scheme, which provided over 1.65 lakh internships.
