Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has agreed to transfer its Data Center and Cloud Services business to its wholly owned subsidiary Vyoma.AI for Rs 1,400 crore through a slump sale, payable via equity shares of Vyoma. Additionally, L&T will divest its entire equity in LT Network Services Pvt Ltd (LTNSPL) to Vyoma for Rs 30 crore, also through equity shares. Upon completion, LTNSPL will become a direct subsidiary of Vyoma and an indirect subsidiary of L&T. Both transactions are subject to closing adjustments and conditions.
